Acting Vice President, National Homeownership Programs and Lending
In her role at NeighborWorks America, Ms. Hoskins leads a team that designs and implements strategies that strengthen the effectiveness and impact of homeownership programs offered by NeighborWorks network organizations. National Homeownership Programs and Lending focuses its support and innovation strategies on efforts that promote homeownership through education and counseling, affordable lending, financial capability and organizational effectiveness and sustainability. Additionally, Ms. Hoskins manages a network of over 90 NeighborWorks designated HomeOwnership Centers across the country and manages NeighborWorks America's intermediary role in the HUD housing counseling program.
Ms. Hoskins has over 25 years of experience in the areas of mortgage banking, loan originations and homebuyer education and housing counseling. She previously held positions at Fannie Mae, was Vice President of Community Lending at Columbia National Mortgage Corp. in Columbia, Maryland and held Account Executive positions with Bank of America and other financial institutions prior to joining NeighborWorks. She holds a BA in communications from University of Maryland and a MA degree from Southern New Hampshire University.
