Participating Organizations and Their Stories

Twenty nonprofit organizations from across the country participated in the Health Outcomes Demonstration Project, a multi-year national initiative designed to help the groups measure the health outcomes of one of their programs. Read about the range of programs evaluated and what these organizations hope to learn and use from the findings.

The results of the demonstration project will be disseminated nationally in June 2019.
