HO019 How to Market and Grow Your Financial Capability Program - Interactive Webinar Training
Marketing and client retention are integral to Financial Capability program success. In this interactive webinar participants will learn effective marketing strategies to reach and engage their target audience. The course will cover how to connect program goals to meet the needs of the target audience, develop communication efforts that are culturally appropriate and motivating to the target audience, and deploy effective messaging for internal and external audiences. We will share strategies and tools (websites, social media, email, etc.) to increase visibility and engage various audiences in ways that can enhance your marketing and engagement efforts. We will conclude with techniques and best practices from the field to keep clients engaged in Financial Capability programs.
This faculty-led webinar training will last 90-minutes and include resource materials, check-and-reflect activities, interactive polling, and participant Q&A with the faculty. A quiz will be open at the conclusion of the session which must be passed in order to obtain a certificate and credit toward continuing education hours. Participants can access the training site upon registration and begin looking at the available resources prior to the live online training session. Participants will complete the quiz and print their certificate immediately after the live session.
