Wolfe has served as leader of the Rocky Mountain Region for NeighborWorks since January 2002. Previously, he was director of resource development for the Rocky Mountain Mutual Housing Association. 

Wolfe has more than 30 years of nonprofit management experience, including four years as district director for NeighborWorks in Chicago.  He has served as the executive director for several organizations, including Dayton’s Bluff Neighborhood Housing Services in St. Paul, MN; the Charities Review Council of Minnesota in Minneapolis; and the Rolf Institute in Boulder, CO.

In addition to his extensive work in nonprofit management and leadership, organizational development and governance, Wolfe has expertise in public relations, resource development and program evaluation.  He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Minnesota and a master's degree in public policy and administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
